Tessera Viz — Demo Terms of Use

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover the public Tessera Viz demo: the demo pages on viz.par2labs.com, the demo portal and its AI analyst (together, the "Demo").

2. The data is made up

All data in the Demo is made up for the demonstration. No name, account, payment, place or figure in it describes a real person, organisation or event.

3. What you may not do

You may not:

1. copy the Demo or the software in it, except as your browser needs to show the Demo;
2. reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate or disassemble the software in the Demo, or try to obtain its source code, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
3. use the Demo, or anything learned from it, to build a competing product.

4. Bring your own model

The AI analyst can connect to an AI provider with your own key (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible address). If you connect one:

1. the key, and your use of that provider, are between you and the provider, under the provider's terms and at your cost;
2. the key is used only in your browser, which calls the provider directly. We never receive it, and the Demo does not store it.

Use a key you can revoke, with a spending limit.

5. No warranty

The Demo is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Demo. Our total liability under these terms is limited to 100 US dollars.

7. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance

You accept these terms by using the Demo.

9. Evaluating the software

To evaluate Tessera Viz itself, ask for the developer kit. The kit, its trial key and its documentation are covered by the Evaluation Agreement (version 2026-09-29), not by these terms.
